supbaji Terms and Conditions

This document describes all the rules, conditions and guidelines that apply to using the supbaji platform — please read it carefully.

Welcome to supbaji. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and supbaji ("Platform", "we", "us"). By using the supbaji website and its services, you are considered to have fully read, understood and accepted these Terms.

Important: This service is only available to those aged 21 or above. If you are below this age, please do not use this platform.

supbaji reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. If you continue using the platform after updated Terms are published on the website, you will be considered to have accepted those changes.

1 Membership and Account Registration

To create an account on supbaji, you must meet the following conditions:

  • Each person may register only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
  • All information provided at the time of registration must be true, accurate and complete. Providing false information may result in account closure.
  • Your name, address, date of birth and contact details must match your actual identity.
  • After an account is created, supbaji may request identity verification (KYC) at any time. If the requested documents are not submitted within 7 days, the account may be temporarily suspended.
  • If multiple members of the same household operate accounts from the same device or IP address, supbaji may request additional proof for verification.

1.1 Registration Process

When creating an account, you will set a username and password. The password must be complex and not easy to guess. Do not share your login details with anyone.

2 Eligibility and Age Requirement

The following eligibility requirements must be met to use supbaji services:

  • The user must be at least 21 years old.
  • It must be lawful for you to participate in online betting activities in the country or region from which you are accessing the platform.
  • You are operating the account on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party.
  • You are not affiliated with any professional sports organisation, league or body in a way that could create a conflict of interest.
Warning: Participation in gambling by minors is strictly prohibited. If you believe a minor is using this platform, please notify our support team immediately.

3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to ensure the security of your account. You are requested to follow the guidelines below:

  • Keep your login details (username and password) completely confidential and do not share them with anyone.
  • If you log in from a public or shared device, make sure to log out after use.
  • If you notice any unusual activity on your account, notify our support team immediately.
  • The account holder is responsible for all activities carried out through the account. supbaji is not liable for unauthorised use by third parties.

3.1 Password Change

For security purposes, it is recommended to change your password regularly. If you forget your password, it can be recovered via your registered email or phone number.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Rules

4.1 Deposit Rules

  • The minimum deposit amount is ৳500.
  • Deposits can be made via bKash, Nagad and Rocket.
  • Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly or within a few minutes.
  • Deposits must be made only using a payment method registered in your own name.
  • If a deposit fails to process, the full amount will be returned to the payment method used.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

  • The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
  • Processing a withdrawal request may take 30 minutes to 3 hours.
  • Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
  • The applicable wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing bonus funds.
  • Large withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification (KYC) has not been completed.
  • supbaji reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawals in cases of suspected suspicious activity.
Please note: All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The payment provider's own limits or conditions may apply.

5 Bonus and Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

supbaji offers new members a 120% bonus on the first deposit up to a maximum of ৳10,000.

  • For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,200 in bonus, for a total of ৳2,200.
  • Or: deposit ৳18,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳10,000, for a total of ৳28,000.
  • A 10x wagering requirement must be met before the bonus amount can be withdrawn.
  • The bonus applies only once, on the first deposit.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

  • If wagering is not completed within the specified time limit after a bonus is awarded, the bonus may be cancelled.
  • Another bonus cannot be activated while one is already active, unless stated otherwise under special conditions.
  • supbaji reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel bonus offers at any time.
  • If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the account will be investigated and the bonus may be forfeited.
  • Each bonus offer may have its own detailed terms — you are requested to read them carefully.

5.3 VIP Program

supbaji's VIP program has 4 tiers:

  • Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
  • Silver — up to 0.4% weekly cashback
  • Gold — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
  • Platinum — up to 0.8% weekly cashback

You can move up to higher tiers through regular and active play. Each tier comes with its own benefits and rewards.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 General Betting Conditions

  • Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed.
  • If a bet is not confirmed due to a technical error, it will be considered void and the staked amount will be returned.
  • supbaji reserves the right to set maximum limits on any bet.
  • In the event of any dispute over results, supbaji's decision will be considered final.

6.2 Sports Betting

  • When placing bets on cricket, football, kabaddi and other events, the specific rules of the relevant sport will apply.
  • If an event is cancelled or postponed, bets will be settled according to supbaji's own policy.
  • Odds may change from time to time during live betting — check the latest odds before confirming a bet.

6.3 Casino Games

supbaji's casino section offers slots, live casino, fishing games and many other types of games. The specific rules of each game can be found in the game's interface. The results of all crash games, including Aviator (Spribe), are determined by a random number generator.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the supbaji platform:

  • Creating or operating multiple accounts.
  • Registering using a false or fake identity.
  • Systematically or deliberately exploiting the system to gain bonus advantages (bonus abuse).
  • Conducting transactions through illegal means or money laundering.
  • Exploiting technical errors or bugs on the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
  • Using third-party software, bots or automation tools.
  • Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another user's account.
  • Misconduct towards supbaji management or staff.
  • Any activity related to match fixing or manipulation of sport.
Warning: If any of the above prohibited activities are detected, the account may be permanently closed and all funds forfeited. In serious cases, law enforcement authorities may be notified.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 By supbaji

supbaji may suspend or close any account in the following circumstances:

  • Violation of these Terms.
  • Failure to complete identity verification or submission of fraudulent documents.
  • The account remaining inactive for an extended period.
  • Instructions from a court or regulatory authority.
  • Death of the account holder (the account will be settled through a process designated for family members).

8.2 By the User

You may request to close your account at any time by notifying the support team. Any active bets or pending withdrawals must be settled before the account is closed.

9 Limitation of Liability

supbaji accepts no liability for the following:

  • Loss of bets due to internet disconnection or technical failures on the part of a third party.
  • If account information is exposed due to the user's own negligence.
  • If the service is disrupted due to an unforeseen event or force majeure situation.
  • If the service is temporarily unavailable during system maintenance.

supbaji follows SSL encryption and fair play policies to operate a safe and reliable platform. However, supbaji is not directly responsible for financial losses resulting from gaming.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

supbaji is committed to protecting your personal information. Detailed rules regarding the collection, storage, and use of data can be found on our Privacy Policy page. The key points are:

  • Your information is never sold to third parties.
  • Information may only be shared with partners necessary for providing the service.
  • All transactions are kept secure using SSL encryption technology.
  • Documents collected during the KYC process are stored securely.

11 Responsible Gaming

supbaji believes that gaming is an enjoyable form of entertainment, but it can lead to financial loss. We support responsible gaming and advise every user to follow the guidelines below:
